NZ justice system utilises facebook
A New Zealand judge has authorised the serving of papers on a New Zealander now resident in the UK via Facebook. The report states that " Justice Gendall did not bat an eyelid in the court room when approving the order after being assured that newspaper adverts could not be effectively targeted."
