Canterbury university start shared services postgrad - despite no evidence for shared services
Canterbury Christ Church University have shockingly decided to begin an 'academic' post graduate qualification in shared services.
Shared services has no evidence to support it, apart from economies of scale.
Unfortunately economies of scale is a myth.
Here is some evidence and I invite Canterbury to provide some evidence for its course.
