Long time advocate of the work of W. Edwards Deming. Lean Six Sigma MBB (reformed). I have worked with service industry for 15+ years of my career. A free download (Understanding Your Organization as a System) from my website is available to anyone wanting to learn more (160 pages of exercises and content). Only for those serious about service improvement.
